For the first six to eight weeks of the school year, you’re working at least 60 hours trying to keep up with the demands of teaching and meeting the needs of your students. And as much as you’re willing to give your all to your students, it’s not sustainable. This inevitably leads you to ask, How can I cut back and save time?

Whether you’re a new or veteran teacher, it’s important to know how to manage your classroom more efficiently, which starts with time management. By streamlining your processes and routines, along with learning ways to work smarter, not harder, you can begin to achieve a work-life balance and start to prioritize your life outside the classroom.
